A thin film of La Creme de Jeunesse is sufficient, and should be gently massaged into the skin using the 'Le Glow' upward and outward facial movements. Can also be used overnight or, for an under-nourished skin, under the moisturiser during the day. If the skin needs a quick "pick-me-up", then cleanse the skin thoroughly, apply La Creme de Jeunesse, massage in and take a bath, remaining in the warm, humid atmosphere for 15 - 20 minutes. This helps the pores to relax and soak in the cream very quickly. When the treatment is finished, cleanse the skin once more and tone.
